If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Change of mind returns
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to accept returns due to ‘change of mind’. However, we are happy to discuss any returns requests. To request a return, please email hello@thekidsbookshop.com.au or come and see us in store with your proof of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition.
Damaged or Faulty returns
We would never knowingly supply a damaged or faulty book but sometimes accidents to happen. In the case of a damaged or faulty book, we would be happy to provide a replacement copy or refund. To request a damaged or faulty return, please reply to your order confirmation email with details of the damage or fault. Alternatively, you can bring the book back to the store with a copy of your receipt/order confirmation.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
